Litra, LLC. will accept returned product(s) purchased from if they are found to be unsatisfactory to the customer within 30 days of purchase. The customer is required to provide proof of purchase from Once proof of purchase is provided and verified, the customer will be instructed on process to receive a refund or replacement product. Litra, LLC will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA#) and a prepaid return label for the defective unit to be sent back to Litra, LLC. The customer will be refunded the purchase price of what items were returned and will not be refund any taxes, import duties, or shipping charges. When possible, Litra, LLC will refund via the same payment method that was used to place the order. Items being returned for a refund must be returned in its entirety. If a bundle or kit was purchased, Litra, LLC will only accept the return if all products in order are returned. Litra, LLC does not accept returns from Unauthorized or Authorized Resellers or Distributors of Litra products.
