LITRA 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from Litra.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee. All returned items should be in their original packaging and condition. Bundles and kits must be returned in their entirety. Returned products and accessories (including packaging) will be inspected by Litra and, depending on the condition, may incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs, taxes, and import duties are not refundable. Litra will not accept returns from Unauthorized or Authorized Resellers or Distributors of Litra products.

Process:

1) Contact support@litra.com with your order number to qualify.
2) Qualified returns will be issued an RMA# and shipping instructions.
3) Ship returns to: 11251 Rancho Carmel Drive Ste. #500592, San Diego, CA 92150
4) DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN RMA#. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND WITHOUT AN RMA#.
5) When returns are received, inspected, and verified a refund will be issued.

LITRA WARRANTY POLICY

Litra offers a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing flaws and defects. To begin the warranty process, contact support@litra.com with proof of purchase from Litra.com or proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer. Include the following:

  • A receipt clearly stating product purchased and the date of the purchase.
  • A description of the defect.
  • Any pictures or videos demonstrating the defect.

Litra will determine if the unit is defective. If approved, Litra will issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Customer will then ship the defective unit back to Litra. Upon receipt and inspection, if gear is determined defective, Litra will repair or replace the unit and return to the customer.

LITRA EXTENDED WARRANTY POLICY

Litra has partnered with Clyde, a third party extended warranty company. If you purchased an extended warranty, contact Clyde directly at hiclyde.com to file your claim.
